Using the breath combined with the voice to create elongated humming-like sounds. Toning is a tool to clear and change frequency of vibrations within the body. Toning can incorporate the Bija mantras (seed sound) for each chakra. Toning is a type of free form singing: you don’t have to be on key, or find the right note….any note and any sound is okay….just have fun…..let the sound take you on a journey
