Conscious Breathing Discovery is an evolving consciousness group that utilizes numerous breathing and movement modalities to help participants find and expand places of stillness, health and happiness in their lives. The common thread of these modalities is that they all enhance mind-body connection.
Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing is the center piece of the practice. This Protocol differs from other breathing practices in that it retrains the way you breath 24/7. Retraining how we breath throughout the day, during movement and while sleeping has a profound impact on the functions of every system of the body and mind. Oxygen Advantage is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and states of health.
